Job summary

In-Shape Solutions, LLC seeks a hands-on Club Technician to care for facilities, building systems, equipment, and safety across our clubs. You will perform preventative and restorative maintenance and work closely with the General Manager and Facilities team to keep operations running smoothly.

The role requires mechanical, plumbing, and electrical know-how, plus the ability to handle repairs, coordinate parts, and adapt to after-hours work. Travel to other clubs may be required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems; trade experience is a plus.
• Experience in health clubs, hospitality, or related facilities environments is preferred.
• Willingness to learn new processes and train others; basic computer proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe environment through proper safety policies and procedures.
• Perform repairs and preventive maintenance on club facilities and equipment.
• Collaborate with GM to prioritize daily/weekly tasks and manage work orders.
• Order parts and coordinate with suppliers and leadership as needed.
• Support capital repair projects with Facilities team and vendors.
