Job summary

You will perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical and electrical systems, ensuring uptime and safety. This role sits within the Engineering and Technical Services group.

Applicants should have a High School Diploma or equivalent, 1-2 years of related experience, and basic Microsoft Office skills. Physical work includes lifting up to 50 lbs and climbing as needed.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on building systems.
• Conduct routine inspections, diagnose problems, and repair.
• Assist with installation and modification of equipment.
• Review work orders and track completion with available systems.
• Support energy management and ensure efficient operation.
• Inspect installations for compliance with codes and safety.
• Exchange information clearly and follow procedures with supervision.
