Qualifications

• Ability to lift/carry loads of 50 lbs or more.
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and building systems.
• Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose issues, and perform repairs.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment.
• Review work orders and track completion with available systems.
• Support energy management by ensuring systems operate efficiently.
• Inspect installations for code and safety compliance.
• Follow established procedures to solve problems and communicate clearly.
• Deliver output under supervision and guidance.
