Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service small to medium-sized buildings and industrial systems. You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose and repair equipment, and assist with installation and modification of building systems.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as required.

• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and building systems.
• Inspect equipment, diagnose problems, and complete repairs.
• Handle painting, tile repair, electrical, plumbing, landscaping, and snow removal as needed.
• Respond to emergencies and follow safety protocols.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review work orders and coordinate with teams to complete tasks.
• Support energy management by ensuring systems run efficiently.
• Inspect installations for code compliance and safety standards.
• Communicate information clearly and concisely.
• Deliver outputs by following defined procedures under supervision.
