Responsibilities include diagnosing problems, installing equipment, and following established procedures under supervision. Candidates need a high school education or equivalent, with 1–2 years of relevant experience and solid MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of job-related experience or equivalent education/experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.
• Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose problems, and repair as needed.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review work orders and coordinate with teams to track completion.
• Support energy management by ensuring building systems operate efficiently.
• Inspect installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Follow procedures to solve straightforward problems and communicate clearly.
• Contribute to team through defined duties and tasks under supervision.
