Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of job-related experience.
• Meet the physical requirements including lifting 50 lbs+ and stairs/ladders.
• Ability to follow basic work routines and communicate clearly.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills and inquisitive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and building systems.
• Conduct routine inspections, diagnose problems, and make repairs.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review work orders and track completion with available systems.
• Support energy management to keep systems efficient.
• Inspect installations for building code and safety compliance.
• Follow procedures to solve straightforward problems and communicate clearly.
• Contribute to the team through defined duties and tasks under guidance.
• Deliver output by following defined procedures.
