Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service small to medium-sized buildings and industrial systems.

You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose faults, make repairs, and support installation and modification of building equipment and systems within CBRE’s Engineering and Technical Services team. The role requires a High School Diploma or GED (or trade school) with 1–2 years of related experience; strong communication, customer relations, and Microsoft Office skills are

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; 1–2 years of related experience (in lieu of diploma, combined experience/education considered).
Strong communication and customer-relations skills.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Good organizational skills and ability to follow work routines and standards.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and building systems.
Diagnose faults, inspect installations, and implement repairs.
Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
Conduct building walk-arounds to understand portfolio layouts and functionality.
Ensure work complies with safety regulations and internal procedures.
