Qualifications

• Must possess, as a minimum, a 10th grade education.
• Ability to follow instructions and work with a team.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Must maintain confidentiality of resident information.
• Strong safety awareness and compliance with policies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds, facility, and equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
• Follow maintenance schedules and perform routine repairs.
• Report accidents/incidents to supervisor.
• Coordinate daily maintenance with nursing services for resident areas.
• Perform housekeeping and repair tasks as directed by supervisor.
