PACS is seeking a maintenance person responsible for keeping the grounds, facility, and equipment in safe, efficient condition. You will follow schedules, report incidents, and work with nursing staff during routine tasks to ensure resident comfort.

Formación

• Minimum 10th grade education required.
• Ability to read and follow facility policies and procedures.
• Basic math for fractions and percentages used in tasks.
• Ability to work with residents and staff in a respectful manner.

Responsabilidades

• Follow maintenance schedules for the assigned shift or area.
• Report all accidents to your supervisor, even minor ones.
• Coordinate daily maintenance with nursing services during tasks.
• Perform routine maintenance on grounds, facility, and equipment.
• Apply safety precautions and proper storage of equipment.
• Assist in moving heavy equipment and supplies as directed.
