Job summary

PACS is seeking a Maintenance Worker to uphold grounds, facility, and equipment in a safe, compliant manner across facilities nationwide. You will follow scheduled maintenance, report incidents, and coordinate with nursing staff to keep areas well-maintained and safe for residents and staff.

Role requires basic education and abilities to perform routine maintenance tasks, with emphasis on safety, accuracy, and reliable operation of equipment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10th grade education.
• Ability to perform routine facility maintenance.
• Basic reading and arithmetic skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow maintenance schedules for assigned areas.
• Report accidents/incidents to supervisor.
• Coordinate daily maintenance with nursing services when in resident areas.
• Perform routine maintenance on grounds, facility, and equipment (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.).
• Ensure equipment and supplies are stored and maintained properly.
