Job summary

PACS is seeking a maintenance technician to help keep the grounds, facility, and equipment in safe, efficient condition. You will follow maintenance schedules, report incidents, and coordinate with nursing staff for daily tasks around resident living areas.

Primary duties include routine repairs (plumbing, electrical, carpentry), equipment upkeep, and ensuring safety standards are met. This role requires teamwork and adherence to confidentiality and company policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10th grade education or equivalent.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and work schedules.
• Physical ability to perform maintenance duties including lifting up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Follow scheduled maintenance tasks for grounds, facility, and equipment.
• Report accidents or incidents to supervisor promptly.
• Coordinate maintenance with nursing services for resident areas.
• Perform routine facility repairs (plumbing, electrical, carpentry) per procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and follow safety rules.
