Job summary

PACS Group is seeking a Maintenance Worker to uphold grounds, facilities and equipment in a safe, efficient manner in accordance with applicable standards and our policies. You will support resident comfort and safety by performing routine maintenance and responding to issues as directed.

The role emphasizes following maintenance schedules, reporting incidents, coordinating with nursing staff, and maintaining a clean, orderly work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10th grade education required.
• Ability to follow instructions and work with supervision.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in maintenance tasks.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Follow maintenance schedules for shift/area.
• Report accidents to supervisor promptly.
• Coordinate maintenance with nursing services.
• Perform routine maintenance on facilities and equipment (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.).
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information.
• Ensure safety practices in all tasks.
