Job summary

PACS Group is seeking a dependable maintenance worker to help maintain the grounds, facility, and equipment in a safe and efficient manner. The role requires following established schedules, reporting incidents, and coordinating with nursing services when needed.

The position involves routine maintenance on grounds, drives, and the facility, with tasks spanning plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and related trades.

Qualifications

• Must have at least a 10th grade education.
• Ability to follow maintenance schedules and instructions.
• Strong safety mindset and ability to report issues promptly.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on grounds, parking areas, driveways, and facilities.
• Carry out repairs in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, mechanical areas as directed.
• Replace light bulbs and clean windows; service heating/cooling units as specified.
• Report equipment malfunctions to supervisor and coordinate with nursing/services as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas; ensure confidentiality of resident care information.
