Job summary

PACS is seeking a diligent maintenance worker to uphold the safety and comfort of our facilities. You will perform routine grounds and building maintenance, follow scheduled tasks, and respond to repair needs in a timely manner.

Work closely with nursing and other staff to coordinate service delivery, adhere to local regulations, and maintain clean, functional equipment and spaces for residents. This full-time role requires practical hands-on skills and reliable teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10th grade education.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to read and follow instructions.
• Ability to work with residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Follow maintenance schedules for shift/area.
• Report all accidents/incidents to supervisor.
• Coordinate daily maintenance with nursing services.
• Perform routine maintenance on grounds and facility as directed.
• Repair plumbing, electrical, carpentry as directed.
• Ensure facility and equipment are properly maintained.
