Required:

• High School Diploma/GED
• 5+ years of progressive journeyman-level experience in building maintenance and equipment repair
• Experience with hand and power tools needed for routine maintenance
• Computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Word
• Valid CA Driver's License and reliable transportation
• HVAC, plumbing, electrical experience

Preferred:

• Associate Degree or Trade School graduate
• Interest in temp to perm opportunities

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide building maintenance and repair, including:
• HVAC system monitoring and basic repairs
• Plumbing maintenance and drain repair
• Electrical and lighting repairs
• Furniture and office equipment repairs
• Wall cover repairs, including painting and texturing
• Assist in the disposition and control of inventories allocated to warehouse storage
• Provide minor janitorial support as necessary for the sanitary delivery of clinical services
• Coordinate room setup and preparation for meetings and events
• Assume additional responsibilities as assigned
