Job Description

Position Responsibilities: The maintenance person is responsible for general housekeeping and maintenance of the dealership facility, demonstrating professional behavior.

• Inspect parking lots and service floors for trash and debris.
• Inspect and repair walls and doors; paint when needed.
• Report repair needs to the Service Manager.
• Report unsafe or hazardous conditions immediately.
• Receive daily work orders and complete tasks promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness of outside grounds.
• Assist with special projects as assigned.
