Job Responsibilities

• Ensure that changes and problems are documented and communicated effectively.
• Carry out assigned tasks and work orders with minimal supervision.
• Communicate with the office team and FOMs regarding open issues and progress of assigned work.
• Successfully execute programs and work orders related to cost, quality, timing, and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the assigned work area.
• Document and communicate work requirements and completion in the field.
• Work a flexible schedule, including being “on-call” as needed.

Required Work Experience & Skills

• Proficient knowledge of maintenance.
• Skills in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, drywall repair, and flooring repairs; proficiency in one or more fields is highly valued.
• High school diploma or equivalent certification.
• Related vocational education or certifications.
• Proficient in computer and mobile phone usage (preferably iOS and Android).
• Intermediate ability to read assembly and blueprint drawings.
• Proven mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to accept direction and complete tasks independently or as part of a team.
• Own hand tools and toolbox suitable for the job (a recommended list will be provided).
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and transport loads up to 80 lbs.
• Capability to apply up to 200 pounds of torque.
• Ability to work in bending, stooping, standing, sitting, and lying positions.
