Cardinal Group Companies is seeking a Maintenance Team Member to protect, maintain and enhance our community’s value while maximizing residents’ living experience. This full-time, non-exempt role focuses on resolving resident maintenance issues efficiently and professionally.

Expect comprehensive maintenance tasks, preventive upkeep, and timely response to work orders. The role may include after-hours on-call rotation, lifting up to 75 lbs, and working 8–12 hour shifts in various weather

Formación

• Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail are required.
• Basic maintenance skills and ability to lift up to 75 lbs are expected.
• Working knowledge of pool service and maintenance is required.

Responsabilidades

• Maintains the facility and grounds.
• Performs safe operation, maintenance and repair of equipment with OSHA compliance.
• Responds to work orders promptly, including after-hours on-call rotations.
• Inspects public areas and apartments to ensure maintenance standards.
• Adheres to air conditioning, refrigeration and water chemistry regulations.
