Responsibilities

• Maintains the facility and grounds based on community objectives.
• Operates and maintains equipment following health, safety and EPA guidelines.
• Responds to work orders promptly, including after-hours on-call maintenance.
• Inspects public areas and resident apartments to ensure proper upkeep.
• Complies with health, safety, and environmental record-keeping requirements for HVAC and pool systems.
• Keeps storage areas and tools secure and organized.
• Participates in Cardinal U training as required.
