Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant maintenance experience.
• Must lift a minimum of 75 lbs and stand 8–12 hour shifts.
• Experience with pool service and maintenance required.
• Ability to work weekends and be on-call for emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the facility and grounds per community objectives.
• Operates and maintains facility equipment safely; follows health and OSHA rules.
• Responds to work orders promptly, participates in on-call rotation.
• Inspects public areas and apartments to maintain standards.
• Keeps storage areas and tools secure at all times.
• Participates in Cardinal U training as required.
