Job summary

Cardinal Group Companies in Prosper, TX seeks a Maintenance Team Member (Full-Time, Non-Exempt) to protect, maintain, and enhance our community while delivering a high-quality living experience for residents.

Responsibilities include responding to work orders, performing maintenance in facilities and pools, following safety regulations, and participating in on-call rotations. Must lift 75 lbs, work 8–12 hour shifts, and have 3–5 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant maintenance experience.
• Excellent customer service skills, attention to detail and basic maintenance skills.
• Working knowledge of pool service and maintenance required.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the facility and grounds based on community objectives.
• Follows practices for safe operation, maintenance and repair of all facility equipment and OSHA compliance.
• Responds to work orders in a timely manner, including after hours on-call maintenance requests.
• Assists with inspection of public areas and resident apartments to ensure standards are met.
• Follows procedures for maintenance, service, repair, and disposal of HVAC and refrigerant equipment and water chemistry in pools/spas.
