Job summary

The Cardinal Group Companies is seeking a Maintenance Team Member to protect, maintain, and enhance our community while ensuring a high-quality living experience for residents. You will respond to maintenance issues and perform tasks with care and efficiency.

We require 3–5 years of maintenance experience, ability to lift 75 lbs, weekend availability, and on-call readiness. EPA Type I certification is preferred; hotel-style service mindset expected.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant maintenance experience.
• Excellent customer service and attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of pool service and maintenance required.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be able to lift 75 lbs and stand 8–12 hours.
• Must be able to work weekends and on-call emergencies.
• EPA Type I certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the facility and grounds in line with community objectives.
• Operates and maintains equipment; follows OSHA and safety programs.
• Responds to work orders promptly, participates in on-call rotations.
• Inspects public areas and resident apartments to ensure standards.
• Keeps storage areas, tools, and equipment secure.
• Participates in Cardinal U training as required.
