Responsibilities include responding to work orders, performing inspections, complying with health, safety, and EPA guidelines, and collaborating with the team to meet community standards. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant maintenance experience.
• Excellent customer service skills with attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of pool service and maintenance.
• Ability to lift 75 lbs and stand for 8–12 hour shifts.
• Availability for weekend work and on-call emergencies.
• Commitment to Cardinal Culture and Core Values.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the facility and grounds based on community objectives.
• Adheres to health, safety and OSHA programs and record keeping requirements.
• Responds to work orders promptly, including after hours on-call maintenance.
• Inspects public areas and apartments to ensure maintenance standards are met.
• Follows EPA guidelines for air conditioning and refrigerant disposal.
• Maintains pools and spas water chemistry and sanitation procedures.
• Keeps storage areas and tools secure at all times.
• Participates in Cardinal U training as required.
