Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Service Technician to maintain 350 units at a garden property, with a Monday–Friday schedule plus rotating weekends. You will diagnose issues, perform preventative maintenance, and ensure safety and quality standards across the grounds and common areas.

The role requires EPA refrigerant certifications, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work in all weather. Onsite benefits and bonus programs accompany competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• EPA Type 1 and II or Universal refrigerant certification.
• State/local certifications as required.
• Valid driver’s license to operate golf cart if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose defects, perform repairs per policies and safety rules.
• Complete make-ready process for vacant units and coordinate vendors.
• Track materials and return unused items; notify re-order needs.
• Document service requests and maintain records.
• Maintain grounds and common areas, perform cleaning and painting.
• Support cost-cutting by fixing parts when possible.
