Responsibilities

Performs facility and equipment maintenance in accordance with codes and standards.
Documents work using CMMS and maintains equipment such as motors, pumps, doors, fans, boilers, and controls.
Maintains patient care equipment and mechanical/electrical systems with guidance.
Responds to emergencies (leaks, floods, power outages, etc.) and performs preventive maintenance.
Reads blueprints and maintenance manuals to complete assignments.
