Job summary

EMCOR Group, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to support commercial and industrial facilities in the Orlando area. You will perform PMs, troubleshoot equipment, and coordinate with the facilities team to keep systems running safely and efficiently.

You will be cross-trained, follow a flow-to-work approach, and demonstrate ownership of tasks. Strong communication and documentation skills are essential to success in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 4 years’ experience in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, or carpentry maintenance.
• Valid driver’s license and forklift/JLG certifications preferred.
• Ability to read instructions and operate CMMS and Building Automation software.

Responsibilities

• Abides by OSHA and safety guidelines.
• Performs PMs and repairs HVAC, lighting, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Documents work results in CMMS and communicates status to staff.
• May lead maintenance projects and coordinate with Sub-Contractors.
• Operates forklift, scissor lift, and aerial lift.
