Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• 5+ years of related work experience in operating mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in a commercial property setting.
• Appropriate license/permit for trade as may be required (Journeyman or Master Electrician, etc.).
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Experience with HVAC, boilers, pumps and energy management systems.
• Thorough knowledge of building systems operations and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform plumbing, electrical, or HVAC work for buildings.
• Maintain heating equipment, chillers, pumps and cooling towers.
• Inspect and repair doors, ceilings, floors and signage.
• Perform preventive maintenance per standards and safety guidelines.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with vendors on site.
• Monitor energy management and document activities for property management.
