Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Oxnard, CA is seeking a General Maintenance Mechanic to perform lighting, plumbing, electrical and preventative maintenance tasks across our facilities.

Candidates must have a valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, use power tools, and communicate effectively in English. This on-site role includes a comprehensive benefits package and on-site support.

Qualifications

• Valid state driver’s license required; eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• One year of building repair and maintenance experience; basic plumbing and electrical knowledge.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and use ladders up to 14 ft; strong communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain lighting systems, bulbs, drivers and ballasts.
• Assist preventative maintenance of building and equipment.
• Perform tasks: filter changes, coil cleaning, drainage, signage repair, flooring replacement, tool testing.
• Operate scissor lifts; ensure safety and compliance in all work areas.
• Respond to emergencies and document work performed.
