Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated seeks a Maintenance Technician to support facility operations across properties. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, collaborate with engineers, and ensure optimal building performance and tenant satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–4 years in general building repair and maintenance, basic plumbing and electrical.
• Demonstrated competency in inspection, maintenance and repair tasks.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Must complete required safety trainings and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facility systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing).
• Conduct facility inspections and report conditions affecting occupancy and operations.
• Handle interior maintenance tasks like hanging pictures, repairing furniture, doors.
• Replace lighting, clean HVAC coils, change filters and belts.
• Update work orders in Corrigo CMMS and ensure safety compliance.
