Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a facilities maintenance professional to perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, plumbing, structural, HVAC, life-safety, and control systems at our Oakbrook Terrace, IL on-site location.

You will manage purchasing, inventory control, and contractor performance while ensuring safety and compliance with hazardous materials handling. The role requires on-site technical support and the ability to drive between facility locations.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and ability to drive between facility locations.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Experience with preventive maintenance and operations of facilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor repairs for mechanical, plumbing, structural, and life-safety systems.
• Perform HVAC system maintenance, inspections, calibration, and parts replacement.
• Review monthly service-request summaries and address recurring issues.
• Evaluate vendors for quality and pricing; verify delivery accuracy.
• Record readings, ensure safe storage and disposal of hazardous materials.
• Perform periodic inspections of tools and oversee outside contractors.
