Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to keep facilities operating smoothly and safely. You will perform preventive maintenance, handle repairs, and support the operations team to ensure uninterrupted client services at an on-site location in Flushing, NY.

You will inspect HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems, use hand and power tools, and maintain safe work areas while following all safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Must have valid state driver's license with clean record.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform maintenance tasks.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and respond to repair work orders across M,E,P systems.
• Conduct facility inspections and report conditions impacting operations.
• Assist operations team with building and equipment maintenance.
