Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to support operation, inspection, and maintenance of building systems such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and kitchen equipment at our Jenison, MI site.

Requirements include a valid driver’s license and a high school diploma or GED; strong communication in English and ability to work independently or in a team are essential. On-call after hours and a safety-conscious approach are expected.

Qualifications

• Valid state driver’s license required.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently or in a team.
• Excellent English communication, both oral and written.

Responsibilities

• Maintain lighting systems, bulbs and ballasts, and basic building upkeep.
• Assist operations in maintenance/repair of building and equipment.
• Perform interior maintenance including HVAC/R coil cleaning and plumbing basics.
• Handle minor electrical, locksmith, and tenant service tasks; on-call after hours.
