Job summary

Bridge Property Management is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations, lead a team, manage repairs, and ensure safety compliance across communities in Utah. You will monitor budgets, schedule tasks, and ensure homes are ready to rent while maintaining high standards of service.

The role requires strong leadership, technical knowledge in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two years of experience in facility maintenance
• Skilled in using hand tools and power tools safely

Responsibilities

• Lead the maintenance team – Supervise and support a skilled crew across one or more communities.
• Coordinate daily operations – Schedule tasks, ensure homes are ready to rent, oversee after-hours assignments, and complete service orders on time.
• Stay on budget – Develop and follow maintenance budgets while monitoring spending.
• Inspect and maintain the community – Oversee preventative maintenance schedules, conduct property inspections, and ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Foster strong relationships – Work with residents, team members, and vendors to create a well-maintained, welcoming environment.
• Ensure compliance and safety – Follow policies and company, local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Tackle special projects – Assist with additional responsibilities and property improvements as needed.
