Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years hands-on maintenance experience.
• EPA Certification with 3-5 years related experience a plus.
• Strong planning, delegation, and team coordination.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Maintenance Team Members and schedule tasks.
• Complete apartment service requests quickly (target <3 hours).
• Manage inventory of ready apartments for move-ins and support leasing.
• Spearhead maintenance initiatives and uphold brand standards.
