Job summary

Wasatch Property Management, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Team Lead to oversee our maintenance team across apartment communities.

You will guide technical repairs, lead by example, and ensure resident satisfaction through timely upkeep and proactive maintenance. This role requires hands-on skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and repairs, with strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on general maintenance experience.
• EPA Certification with 3-5 years related experience is a plus.
• Strong planning, delegation, and coordination skills.
• Analytical problem solver, able to develop alternatives and implement strategies.
• Experience operating various hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the team of Maintenance Team Members.
• Schedule and complete turns.
• Complete occupied apartment service requests in under 3 hours.
• Manage inventory of ready apartments to support marketing and leasing.
• Lead maintenance initiatives and drive owner mindset.
