Job summary

Wasatch Property Management, Inc. is seeking an experienced Maintenance Team Lead to oversee our on-site maintenance staff across apartment communities.

You will coordinate turns, respond to service requests quickly, manage inventory of ready apartments, and drive maintenance initiatives to uphold resident satisfaction. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of hands-on maintenance experience, EPA certification, and strong leadership and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on general maintenance experience.
• EPA Certification with 3–5 years related experience a plus.
• Ability to lead staff and build a team atmosphere.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the team of Maintenance Team Members; schedule and complete turns.
• Responsible for completing occupied apartment service requests in less than 3 hours.
• Manage the inventory of 'ready' apartments to support marketing and leasing efforts and inspect ready apartments for move-in quality.
• Spearheading maintenance initiatives.
• Consistently exemplifying the Wasatch brand.
• Embodying an owner's mindset.
• Provide your team members with the necessary resources and support to thrive and succeed, fostering a positive work environment.
