Job summary

Wasatch Property Management, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Team Lead to guide our maintenance team across communities. You will oversee a team of Maintenance Team Members, schedule turns, and ensure occupied apartments are serviced quickly.

This role requires hands-on maintenance experience, EPA certification, strong leadership, and excellent communication. You will manage inventories, quality inspections, and foster a positive, resident-first environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hand-on general maintenance experience.
• EPA Certified with 3-5 years related experience is a plus.
• Strong planning, delegation, and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the team of Maintenance Team Members, schedule turns and ensure completion.
• Complete occupied apartment service requests in under 3 hours.
• Manage inventory of ready apartments to support marketing and leasing and inspect move-in quality.
• Lead maintenance initiatives and uphold Wasatch standards.
• Foster a positive work environment and provide team support.
• Ensure strong customer service and communication with residents.
