Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least three years of experience in the property management industry or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance tasks and service requests.
• Review and track progress of service requests and chronic issues.
• Respond to maintenance issues promptly following policy and maintain professionalism.
