Job summary

NFI Industries is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations at the assigned facility under the direction of the General Manager/Director of Operations. The role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and teamwork to keep the warehouse and related areas running smoothly.

Responsibilities include developing maintenance programs, scheduling staff, coordinating alarms and inspections, and ensuring compliance with OSHA, FDA, and other standards.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of supervisory experience in warehousing or distribution.
• Experience with OSHA, DOT, HAZMAT knowledge preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office and Excel.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required (in some locations).

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe, clean, and efficient work environment across shop and operational areas.
• Develop and maintain a preventative maintenance schedule with Operations.
• Hire qualified personnel to meet facility needs.
• Schedule maintenance workforce according to business demand.
• Supervise and audit maintenance staff's work on buildings and facilities.
• Coordinate alarm-monitoring and sprinkler testing.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, FDA, AIB/ASI standards.
