Qualifications

• At least 4 years of maintenance or related experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Knowledge of OSHA, DOT, HAZMAT, FDA regulations and willingness to certify.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required in some locations.

Responsibilities

• Ensures a safe and clean work environment across shop, operational areas and grounds.
• Assists in training and motivating personnel for increased effectiveness.
• Hire qualified employees to meet facility needs.
• Analyze workload vs manpower and assign work based on skills.
• Set and manage maintenance workforce schedules.
