Job summary

Drucker + Falk is seeking a Maintenance Superintendent for the District community to oversee daily maintenance operations, safety programs, and on-call emergency responses. You will ensure preventative maintenance, supervise staff, and coordinate contractors to maintain property standards.

Responsibilities include scheduling, budgeting, and maintaining records in compliance with company policies and OSHA regulations. This role requires strong leadership and hands-on technical skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Train and supervise staff under his/her direction.
• Hire and terminate employees per policy and under the Property Manager.
