Job summary

ASSA ABLOY’s Ameristar Perimeter Security unit in Tulsa, OK seeks a Manufacturing Support Supervisor to lead daily maintenance operations and coordinate with building teams and contractors. You’ll supervise staff, manage safety, and drive preventive maintenance programs to keep facilities running smoothly.

You will track service requests, schedule inspections, train the team on policies, and coordinate quotes and work with trades, while controlling spend and supporting continuous improvement

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience using measuring devices (tape measure, micrometer, calipers).
• Record keeping of KPI to understand cost impact of equipment and people.
• Experience with 5S and continuous improvement activities.
• Experience with dealing with different levels and backgrounds of personnel.
• Experience with PPE, fundamental safety, and OSHA standards.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Track facilities service requests and ensure on-time, quality completion.
• Schedule and ensure inspections and preventive maintenance of facilities systems.
• Maintain a safe and effective working environment.
• Train the team on policies and procedures.
• Request quotes from and coordinate work with contractors and skilled trades.
• Make day-to-day decisions for facilities maintenance and on-site contractors.
• Generate and manage spending requisitions for requirements.
• Recruit, hire, train, and retain team for day-to-day tasks.
• Develop preventive maintenance programs.
• Complete additional tasks as needed.
