Job summary

Ameristar Perimeter Security USA, an ASSA ABLOY branded company, is seeking a Production Supervisor in Tulsa, OK. You will lead hourly manufacturing employees, drive safety, quality, and productivity, and coordinate with maintenance, quality, and engineering to meet schedules and KPIs.

Responsibilities include coaching and developing staff, conducting performance evaluations, and supporting Lean initiatives such as 5S and Kaizen. OSHA compliance and a culture of accountability are emphasized.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Assoc or Bach in Manufacturing/Operations/Engineering preferred.
• 3-5 years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• Experience supervising hourly production employees.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and quality systems.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and manufacturing systems.
• Ability to work flexible schedules.

Responsibilities

• Promote and maintain a safe work environment and lead safety initiatives.
• Supervise daily operations to meet production schedules and KPIs.
• Drive root cause analysis and actions for quality concerns.
• Lead and develop production employees with coaching and evaluations.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain and HR.
• Participate in Kaizen and continuous improvement activities.
