Job summary

Ameristar Perimeter Security USA, an ASSA ABLOY brand, seeks a Production Supervisor to lead hourly manufacturing teams in Tulsa. You will drive safety, quality, on-time delivery and productivity while coaching staff and aligning with company policies and environmental standards.

You will supervise daily operations, monitor KPIs, and implement Lean and Kaizen initiatives to improve performance. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and ERP proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• Experience supervising hourly production employees in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of safety regulations, quality systems, and production processes.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and manufacturing systems.
• Ability to work flexible schedules as required.

Responsibilities

• Safety Leadership: promote a safe work environment and ensure OSHA compliance.
• Production Management: supervise daily operations to meet schedules and KPIs.
• Quality Assurance: drive root cause analysis and action plans.
• Employee Leadership & Development: coach, evaluate, and mentor staff.
• Continuous Improvement: lead Lean, 5S, Kaizen and data-driven initiatives.
• Communication & Coordination: collaborate with maintenance, quality, engineering and HR; attend planning meetings.
