Job summary

Ameristar Perimeter Security USA, an ASSA ABLOY branded company, is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead hourly manufacturing staff in Tulsa, OK, guiding safety, quality, delivery and productivity in a fast-paced environment.

You will coach and develop team members, drive Lean, 5S, and Kaizen, coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Engineering, and HR, and ensure compliance with OSHA and company policies while achieving KPIs.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• Experience supervising hourly production employees.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety leadership and ensure OSHA compliance.
• Supervise daily manufacturing operations to meet schedules.
• Monitor KPIs, labor utilization, and production efficiency.
• Coordinate staffing and shift assignments for productivity.
• Develop and coach production staff through evaluations and feedback.
• Drive Lean, 5S, Kaizen and continuous improvement projects.
