Job summary

Ameristar Perimeter Security USA in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead hourly manufacturing staff in a fast-paced environment, focusing on safety, quality, delivery, and productivity. You will coach and develop the team, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate with Maintenance, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain to meet KPIs.

This role requires hands-on leadership, strong problem-solving, and the ability to balance production targets with a culture of accountability.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• Experience supervising hourly production employees in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of safety regulations, quality systems, and production processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and manufacturing systems.
• Ability to work flexible schedules as required.

Responsibilities

• Safety Leadership: Promote and maintain a safe work environment and ensure OSHA compliance.
• Production Management: Supervise daily operations to meet schedules and KPIs.
• Quality Assurance: Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality concerns.
• Employee Leadership & Development: Lead, coach, and develop production staff with performance feedback.
• Continuous Improvement: Lead Lean, 5S, Kaizen, and data-driven process improvement.
• Communication & Coordination: Collaborate with Maintenance, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain.
