Job summary

Ameristar Perimeter Security USA, an ASSA ABLOY branded company, seeks a Lead Production in Tulsa, OK. This role directs safe, efficient operation of the department and monitors plant performance to align priorities with production demand.

Responsibilities include leading 10+ employees on the 3rd shift (Mon–Thu, 5:00pm–3:30am), training staff on mill setup and safe operation, meeting customer demands, and maintaining quality and discipline on the line. Lean/5S training are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years’ experience in tube mill or roll forming.
• 1–3 years experience with mill setups and manufacturing processes.
• Lean or 5-S training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct safe and efficient operation of the department.
• Monitor plant performance indicators and align priorities with demand.
• Lead 10+ employees on the 3rd shift and coach staff.
• Train employees in safe setup and operation of mills.
• Maintain quality, attention to detail, and daily problem solving.
