Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep the community's buildings, grounds, and amenities clean, safe, and fully functional. You will respond to service requests, diagnose issues, and perform repairs in accordance with policy and safety standards.

You will also manage the make-ready process for vacant units, supervise vendors, maintain inventory, and support budget goals while delivering courteous, responsive service to residents.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in customer service and interpersonal communication to interact with residents and staff.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively to represent management.
• Proficiency with internet, word processing, spreadsheets, and database programs; PM system experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to work orders from residents and perform routine upkeep and repairs.
• Oversee make-ready process for vacant units and coordinate with vendors.
• Develop standards for cleanliness and appearance of grounds, amenities, and common areas.
• Inspect work by team members and contractors to ensure quality and compliance.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and order supplies within budget.
