Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician to oversee and perform technical and mechanical work across community buildings and grounds. You will diagnose issues, repair systems, and ensure safety and quality in line with Greystar standards.

The role involves supervising make-ready processes, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining inventory to support cost controls and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or related training.
• Experience in property management maintenance or related trade.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair defects and problems in the community.
• Oversee make-ready process for vacant units and coordinate vendors.
• Set and maintain cleanliness/appearance standards for grounds and interiors.
• Inspect work by service staff and contractors for quality and compliance.
• Maintain inventory and assist budget planning for repairs.
