• Four (4) years of relevant experience in an occupation related to the work assigned to this position, two (2) of which must have been at the level of a unit supervisor or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate maintenance, grounds, custodial, production control, work order prioritization, and administrative functions.
• Supervise two maintenance personnel, two administrative production control staff, and three janitors/custodians; ensure daily operations are efficient and aligned with project plans.
• Develop statements of work, estimate costs, conduct bid walks, manage contracts and vendor payments; review and approve facilities management requisitions, invoices, and receipts.
